Although the firm is considered relatively new, Schulz Attorneys morphed from a rich legal history. On the 1st of March 1981, Herbie Schulz started practising law in Wartburg under the banner of HH Schulz & Company.

In 1998, the firm changed to Schulz Wiesinger, when Herbie’s nephew, Louis Wiesinger joined the practice. The two of them opened a firm in Ballito. When Veronica O’Dwyer joined Herbie and Louis in 2007, the firm’s name changed once again.

In 2014, Herbie made the decision to resign from Schulz Wiesinger O'Dwyer Incorporated. This decision was influenced by the prospect of joining forces with his son, Ralf. As a result, Schulz Attorneys opened in Wartburg in 2015.
